Share Photos
Attach a few clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the damage or printing error for our quality control team.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization number or confirm if a reprint has been initiated for your home decor items.
Resolution
Depending on your preference, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your corrected prints at no additional cost.
